LinuxFest is the largest user gathering covering free and open source software in Russia. It takes place near the ancient Russian town Borovsk, halfway between Moscow and Kaluga. The Free/Libre/Open Source Software Conference will be held before the LinuxFest in Obninsk (in the Kaluga region).
As a part of LinuxFest there will be a meeting of Debian users and developers. Two Debian developers from Russia will be present at this event and there will be a keysigning party, too.
